- Proficiency in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in business process re-engineering and improving software process flows.
- Experience in developing user stories and use cases following business analysis best practices.
- Experience in designing mockups or wireframes adhering to UX best practices.
- Experience with requirements management software, preferably Modern Requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
