Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled O365 Senior Developer to lead the design and implementation of an automated email signature solution within Microsoft 365. This role will focus on integrating with Exchange Online, Azure AD, and Outlook to dynamically apply standardized, policy-compliant signatures across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop a centralized email signature management solution using Microsoft Graph API, Exchange Online, and PowerShell.
Integrate with Azure AD to pull user attributes (e.g., title, department, phone).
Develop logic for applying dynamic rules based on department, region, or role.
Ensure compatibility with Outlook (desktop, web, mobile).
Collaborate with IT and compliance teams to align signature templates with branding and legal requirements.
Maintain documentation and provide support for deployment and updates.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience as a Microsoft 365/O365 Developer.
Deep expertise in Exchange Online, Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, and Azure AD.
Strong experience with Outlook Add-ins and Office JavaScript APIs.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for signature template design.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with third-party signature tools (e.g., Exclaimer, CodeTwo).
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-600, AZ-204).
