Job Title: TECHNICAL BA (Oracle HRIS)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst with strong experience in Oracle HRIS systems to support our HR technology initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and support the configuration, integration, and enhancement of Oracle HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Serve as a liaison between HR teams and technical developers for Oracle HRIS-related projects and enhancements.
Analyze and document business processes, workflows, data requirements, and system functionality.
Support Oracle HRIS modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Absence Management.
Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, test, and implement system changes and integrations.
