What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Energy Consultant position at Smart Wave Solar?
Quick Summary : We need a strong closer with experience that can be proven with solid references. Our closers earn more because they do higher volume (80-120 installs per year). Most of your pipeline comes from the company but you are expected to diligently pursue customer referrals and other self generated leads. The job :
This is a full-time, W2 position with an established solar company with an excellent reputation with utilities and local governments. You’ll be working with pre-qualified, pre-set appointments guiding customers through the solar-buying process using a transparent, consultative approach. Feel good about what you sell knowing the fundamental goal of your role is to help people save money, be more self-reliant, and “go green” through residential solar energy.
What the position looks like :
- Take a mix of in-person and video-call appointments set by our inside SDR Team (currently no door to door soliciting)
- Add to their pipeline through self generating leads, including customer referrals.
- Track your pipeline activity in our CRM to help stay organized and ensure success
- Educate customers on the technical aspects of solar energy and the benefits of investing in it for their home
- Collaborate with team members and management to solve problems, identify ways to improve, and achieve company objectives and personal goals
About You :
Job Type : Full-time
Location : Denver Metro, Colorado
Pay : OTE $200,000 per year. No Cap.
