Our Client, Nolan Consulting Group, a 20 year, highly successful and growing Business Coaching Firm, is seeking one full-time Business Coach with previous sales and operations management experience, to work out of their corporate offices in Ardmore, PA. The Business Coach role at NCG works directly with clients to assist them in identifying, measuring and achieving their business goals. This role is an accountability partner and sometimes financial trainer.
Nolan has a growing list of clients who want their coaching / consulting services. You just have to be mission-driven, with a strong desire to help your clients succeed, by using numbers and well-oiled proprietary process tools.

Successful business coaches generally come from any industry, but generally succeed when they have had the following types of education and experience :
Bachelor's or master’s degree in business or related fields preferable10 - 20 years leadership / management experience – in roles where you’ve led 50 people or moreStrong Operations / Sales Success in roles such as : COO, VP / Dir. Operations, General Manager with strong sales & operations experience, etc. (Oversight of marketing, finance, sales, and other operational areas)Affinity for the Trades Industry – Painting, Flooring, Dry-Walling, Paving, Bricklaying, etc.What’s In It For You :
