As a Manufacturing Technology Manager, you will play a key role in driving efficiency, productivity, and safety by implementing and managing advanced robotics and automation technologies.
To be considered for this role, you will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology, along with 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering with a strong focus on automation, robotics, and process optimization. Experience in chemical manufacturing and supervisory roles is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess and enhance manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and safety.
- Oversee the introduction and implementation of new automation and robotics technologies to streamline operations.
- Supervise the performance of automated systems, proactively addressing potential issues to minimize disruptions.
- Lead a team of technicians, ensuring they provide effective support for automated systems across all shifts.
- Champion continuous improvement efforts by applying Lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to provide technical input on automation initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with industry safety standards and internal protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
