Duties for this role will include a broad range of tasks, such as contributing to the product/platform onboarding process by implementing successful product and sales methodology training programs, maintaining ongoing customer relationships, ensuring the customer has all the necessary collateral to enhance in-field sales success, working to minimize churn and produce product re-orders. You should also be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer requests.
Successful candidates must be social, analytical, possess an aptitude for learning and using new software, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal employee should engage with customers, maximize value, and create strategies to grow the revenue for SmartAC.com within the customer base.
Responsibilities:
As Partner Success Manager, your key responsibilities will be as follows:
- Develop and manage relationships with key partners to ensure their success and satisfaction
- Understand the current customer business and what drives revenue and profitability
- Work with the partner to determine the best use of inclusion of the SmartAC.com platform and technology
- Help partners craft marketing, sales, and deployment messaging
- Hold on-site product demonstrations and training classes for partner employees and technicians when required
- Establish, deploy, and track various bonus/promotion programs to incentivize technicians to deploy SmartAC.com technology
- Support and Improve the customer onboarding processes
- Analyze customer data to show product adoption as related to training
- Develop training curriculum for use with partners and internal employees
- Provide customer training on new product/feature introductions
- Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure
- Aid in product design and product development through detailed customer feedback
Required skills and qualifications:
- Experience in partner management, business development, or sales
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, education or related field
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems and Learning Management Systems
- Desire to grow professionally through ongoing education
- Must be willing to travel as required (expected 30% of the time) to drive successful implementation and results
