Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Resolution Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting individuals who owe money and leveraging AI tools to communicate their financial options for repaying the debt. This role involves presenting AI-driven payment plans convincingly, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calls: Make calls to debtors to discuss solutions for repaying their outstanding debts.
- AI Utilization: Use AI-driven communication tools to present debt repayment options and assist customers in understanding their choices.
- Negotiation: Negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements based on the debtor's financial situation.
- Customer Service: Provide empathetic and professional support to debtors, addressing their concerns and questions.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications to ensure adherence to agreed payment plans.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to assess basic financial situations and propose AI-driven solutions to the debtor convincingly.
- Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic, patient, and able to handle stressful situations professionally.
Hourly plus commission with earning potential of up to $55,000 in first year
