smartdept inc. is searching for an Amazon Marketplace Specialist for a client based in the Saint Louis, MO area. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Amazon Seller Central and have a strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace. This is a fully remote, part-time (1-5 hours / week on average), ongoing contract opportunity.

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to the client, including answering questions about Amazon Seller Central, helping with technical issues, and resolving disputes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and shipments, and ensure inventory and shipments are met.

What You'll Need :

  • 3-5 years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central
  • Strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with selling on amazon.
