smartdept. is searching for an Acquisition Marketing Project Manager for a financial services client located in Riverwoods, IL. The ideal candidate will come with 3 years of experience. This is a full-time, hybrid , 7-month contract opportunity with the possibility of an extension . Compensation for this position is expected to be $45-$65 / hour depending on experience level and fit.
What You’ll Do :
- Project validations - Project management for Product Rewards and Promotions, not campaign execution.
- Monitor Fallout Reports.
- Route copy approvals.
- Update procedures and job aids as needed.
- Maintain task trackers.
- Collaborate with teams to update checklists as needed.
- Validate that articles are published accurately.
- Review complaints to determine if escalation is necessary.
- Project Management of installing new letters and / or renewing new letters.
- Step in to fill in for teammates to maintain controls or keep tasks moving while they’re out of office.
- Create and send out weekly email updates.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance process controls and reporting.
- Update Marketing Board as needed.
- Train Business Partners with compliance tasks as needed.
- Work on team presentation decks.
