What You’ll Do :
- Researching and compiling social trends, ideas and fresh idea executions to inform and propose new content
- Ability to develop and implement a corporate social media strategy
- Ability to monitor online activity across departments and geographical areas to ensure anyone using the company’s online tools is following established guidelines and best-practice rules
- Encourage greater social media participation
- Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand’s social media strategy
- Collaborating with teams to develop engaging content that resonates across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Define and create branded style templates for new and existing social content.
- Think outside the box” ideas, steering trend curation and content audiences want to rewatch, share, and continuously tune in
- Background in the Healthcare industry
