BASIC FUNCTION The Full-time Field Maintenance and Repair Technician is responsible for the service and maintenance of equipment within the Dallas / Fort Worth, TX area, including Dallas Love Field, Grapevine Mills, USPS lockers, several fitness club locations and various malls as needed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspect and perform maintenance on assigned equipment
- Clean strollers, massage chairs, wheelchairs, CMUs, and locker systems to ensure clean and functional equipment is always available for customers
- Accurate and timely collections, bank, and report financial transactions
- Manage locations in accordance with applicable state and federal laws, as well as Smarte Carte and facility policies, procedures, and standards
- Maintain regular contact with District Service Manager
- Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring all equipment is in good repair and working as designed
- Maintain a positive relationship with the facility management
- Other assignments as needed. SKILLS
- Minimum 2 years in a customer service role required.
- Minimum 2 years of field based product support experience (route) preferred
- Basic understanding of electro / mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and repair
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Maintain accurate records and compile reports
- Proficient in computer and Smartphone use EDUCATION
- Technical degree or similar preferred LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS
- Valid Driver License required
- Ability to get USPS badge required (background check, drug screen) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Lift 40 lbs.
