Team Leadership & Development:
- Support the Store Director in leading, mentoring, and motivating the team to achieve excellence in performance and collaboration
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training to develop a knowledgeable and customer-focused team
- Foster a positive, results-driven culture with clear goals and continuous coaching
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets
- Analyze sales data and optimize performance
- Identify business opportunities, adapting strategies to market trends and customer needs
- Ensure an interactive, immersive, and customer-first shopping experience
- Build long-term customer relationships, driving loyalty and repeat business
- Champion a service-driven mindset, ensuring exceptional interactions at every touchpoint
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, compliance, and brand standards
- Assist with scheduling and team positioning to maximize efficiency during peak periods
- Maintain an organized and well-executed retail environment that reflects Smartech’s innovation and quality
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the Store Director and senior leadership to align store initiatives with company goals
- Continuously refine processes to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer engagement
- 5 years in retail management, preferably in luxury, innovation, or tech-driven environments
- Proven success in supporting high-performing teams and driving sales
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to implement business objectives into actionable plans
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving retail landscape
- Interest in technology and innovation is a plus

- Salary: $65K–$85K Commission
