Primary Responsibilities:
OT architecture for the organization that includes the design of software and hardware solutions that support manufacturing processes.
Develop OT system standards, guidelines, and best practices, including ensuring compliance with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, IT, and business stakeholders, to define requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
Manage the implementation of OT systems, including Ignition, Canary, Kepware, by overseeing the installation and configuration of hardware and software components.
Ensure that OT solutions are secure, reliable, and scalable, and meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
Develop documentation for OT solutions, including technical specifications, user guides, and system architecture diagrams.
Support IIoT initiatives, including identifying new opportunities for IIoT applications, designing and implementing IIoT systems, and ensuring that IIoT solutions are integrated with existing OT systems.
Provide technical guidance and support to other teams, including IT, engineering, and operations.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends in OT, and provide recommendations for new solutions or improvements to existing systems.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in OT systems and architecture; ignition, Canary, Kepware, and Rockwell are preferred.
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for OT, including ISA-95, OPC-UA, DHS ICS, and NIST cybersecurity standards.
Experience with cloud-based OT solutions is a plus, AWS is preferred.
Experience in managing an OT support model, including issue resolution, system maintenance, and end-user support.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Utilize strong project management skills to ensure the successful delivery of OT solutions.
Salary : $75 - $85
