Smarter Healthcare Partners is seeking an experienced Intermediate Care Unit Registered Nurse for an exciting Travel Nursing job in Boston, MA. Shift : 3x12 hr nights Start Date : 02 / 24 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks Pay : $2520 / Week
Smarter Healthcare Partners is working with a well-respected hospital in Boston, MA to find a IMCU (Stepdown) RN for a 13-week contract assignment.
Requirements :
Minimum 1 year IMCU experience plus 2 years recent medsurg and tele experience, neuro care, MIs, trachs are required. be able to care for patients with complex medical needs Auto med dispensing and must be able to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips. Tele test on day 1. Preferred Exp : critical care experience. Unit sees mix of IMCU, neurology, and medsurg patients. High volume of neuro, medicine and cardiology patients including care for chronic vents, trachs, and high acuity heart failure. 27 beds with an average patient ratio of 1 : 3 (IMCU), 1 : 4 or 1 : 4-5 if MedSurg patients.
