Position Overview
The role will primarily focus on :
Developing project scope, cost estimates, human resource requirements, work plans, time schedules, and communication plans Assigning tasks to meet project or program objectives. Managing project s currently approved and requiring the above activities, including HCMPUM, GASB, and other project s approved by ESC . Required Skills
Knowledge of PeopleSoft and / or other ERP solutions . Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project ). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and change management processes . Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills . Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment . Experience in IT project management for Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Human Resource business functions. Role and Responsibilities (Required)
Develop project scope, cost estimates, human resource requirements, work plans, time schedules, and communication plans. Make work assignments to meet project or program objectives. Develop, track, and manage project plans and associated communication documents. Identify project dependencies, critical paths, and track / report project milestones and deliverables. Develop written business requirements and models . Request required resources and participants from other department manager s. Define project success criteria and communicate them throughout the project lifecycle. Identify, analyze, and create risk-based scenarios to drive project decisions. Communicate project expectations clearly to sponsors, team members, and stakeholders. Facilitate project management and status review meetings . Ensure project goals align with business objectives . Direct and coordinate project team activities, ensuring project s progress on schedule and within budget . Scheduled Milestones and Deliverables (Required)
Collaborate with respective manager s to ensure the successful completion of HCMPUM and GASB project s by the end of the 2025 fiscal year . Performance Metrics for the Role (Required)
Key Performance Indicators ( KPIs ) for this role :
Project Planning : Ensuring plans meet U.S. standards . Document & Sign-Off Management : Follow-up on required documents and obtain approvals from business owners and stakeholders. Risk Mitigation : Identify and address potential project risks.
