Job Title : Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Hourly Rate : $45.00$48.00
Work Schedule : MonFri 40 Hours / Week
Smarter HR Solutions is currently seeking qualified applicants for our Senior Quality Assurance Analyst position with our IT client in their IT Software Testing department. This role will operate as a centralized point of contact for residents to access government services submit requests or ask for assistance. This system utilized in this role is designed to provide a more efficient and streamlined way for people to connect with county resources without needing to call emergency services (911). The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst vendor company will be working with multiple departments during their 311 project. The project includes implementation of ServiceNow and integration with other applications.
Requirements
Role and Responsibilities
Analysis of requirements from the end users / clients.
Create and execute test cases.
Perform End to End Testing of web applications on different levels i.e. Dev QA Staging and Production environments.
Perform backend or database testing.
Conduct SCRUM and review meetings within the team.
Defect Tracking.
Perform Web Services Testing if required.
Perform UI / LOAD testing if required.
High level Roles and Responsibilities :
May work on enhancements added for sprints based on stack rank of the User Stories
Should be involved in Requirements gathering meetings with departments / agencies to understand the business requirements.
Creating High Level Test Strategy / Test plan
Providing Test Estimations to Project Manager
Exposure to Continuous Integration & Continuous deployment process (CI / CD) and providing QA Approvals as and when required.
Providing Overall QA status as and when required.
Involved and lead the capacity planning and resource allocation to work items within ePermit QA team.
Should be involved in internal Sprint Planning meeting to discuss new or existing functionalities on the User Stories which are set to be moved into Sprints.
Based on domain knowledge provide insights during Grooming meeting of User Stories.
Create and execute effective test cases in DevOps portal and map all functionalities related to the requirement.
Perform Functional Testing Integration Testing System Testing End to End Testing and Regression Testing etc. as required.
Conduct root cause analysis establish and implement solutions for correcting quality issues.
Provide production support and maintenance efforts as required.
Other responsibilities may include product evaluation for UI software testing tools.
Provide Software testing matrix as required

Education
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
