Software Developer in Brookfield, WI. Will conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, including requirements collecting and official signed off, to close the gap between the given ERP capability and the clients expectations. Responsible for the software development cycle for both functional and technical activities, including design, development, conversion, unit testing, user acceptance testing and production migration in both implementation and business-as-usual support projects. Gathering the requirements, create new enhancements and their reports, write functional and program specifications, review code, complete technical design, and create comprehensive unit test plans. During end user testing, develop, organize, design, and carry out test cases, test script methods, test scenarios, and debugging tasks. Fixing the problems that arise during the debugging phase, collaborate with the Quality Control team during integration and system testing. Require Bachelor’s Science degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Applications, Commuter Science, Management Information Systems or Electronic & Communication Engineering with 5yr experience in s / ware development using Peoplesoft FSCM Modules.
