What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at SMARTFOX?
Job Title: Receptionist
Duration: 7 months
Location: Waltham, MA 02451
Work Schedule hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
There is underground parking at the worksite location and it is free!
It is 5 days a week onsite. 1 hour lunch break.
Fingerprinting is required for the selected candidate.
Primary responsibilities will include the greeting of guests, vendors, job applicants and other visitors.
Some administrative tasks which include:
Handling emails from the main inbox and existing client communication follow ups by email correspondence.
May be asked to arrange for conference room reservations or food deliveries or arrange for transportation services as well as answer incoming calls to a front desk.
May also route incoming calls to appropriate parties. Pleasant communication skills and professional demeanor is critical.
Seeking an individual who is reliable with excellent interpersonal skill sets, a warm and inviting smile! High School diploma and relevant experience is required.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
