Position Summary : The CADD Specialist will be a key team member responsible for the management of design and construction drawings, and the program’s CADD data platform. This role is central to the operations and maintenance of the Rail and Operations Delivery Branch, part of the California High-Speed Rail Authority’s Office of Program Delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Produce project design deliverables such as layouts, grading, drainage designs, and construction plans.
- Manage and coordinate CADD assignments for the Rail and Operations Delivery Branch.
- Perform 2D and 3D model development, updating plans based on design changes, and redlining.
- Evaluate proposed site plans, offering recommendations to align with project requirements.
- Ensure adherence to standard engineering principles, project compliance standards, and quality procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain design quality and timely production.
