Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Procore Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Procore construction management software. The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring and customizing Procore to meet project needs, training users, and ensuring smooth data flow between teams. Procore certification is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure Procore to support project management, financials, quality, safety, and field operations.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and workflows to ensure data integrity and security.
- Provide training and support to project teams, ensuring effective utilization of Procore tools.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Procore processes and best practices.
- Integrate Procore with ERP, accounting, and scheduling software to streamline operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with Procore support when needed.
- Monitor system performance and implement updates and improvements as needed.
- Assist in data migration, reporting, and dashboard development for project insights.
- Stay up to date with Procore features, updates, and best practices to enhance system capabilities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience administering Procore or similar construction management software.
- Procore Certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction project workflows, document control, and field operations.
- Experience with Procore modules such as Project Management, Financials, and Quality & Safety.
- Familiarity with integrations between Procore and third-party software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and training skills for onboarding and user support.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of construction project lifecycle and industry best practices.
- Experience with ERP, scheduling, and accounting system integrations (e.g., Sage, Viewpoint, QuickBooks).
- Proficiency in reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
