Job Details
Experience as a Project Manager/Business Analyst in an insurance, financial management, employee benefit administration or related field.
Experience in a complex technology and data infrastructure that includes the integration of multiple core product platforms and includes a blending of customized/configured vendor supplied systems, in-house developed systems and cloud-based/on-premises systems
Understanding the environment and various methods utilized for successful delivery of our projects while remaining flexible and not implementing huge changes based on past experiences.
Primary lead in the planning, management and communication of progress tracking and corrective actions, project status, change control process, go-to-green plans, project documentation, retrospectives, and other project activities.
Develops and implements project management plans including management of scope, quality, risk, communications, stakeholders, sponsor, and a detailed project schedule.
