Overview: We are seeking experienced RPG Developers to join our dynamic team in Springfield, MO, Kansas City, MO, and Allen, TX. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in RPG development and be eager to contribute to innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RPG applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications.
• Write clean, efficient code and perform code reviews.
• Participate in testing and deployment of applications.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
  
  

Qualifications

Experience Levels:

• 1-3 Years: Entry-level RPG development experience, familiarity with programming principles, and willingness to learn.
• 3-5 Years: Proficient in RPG programming with experience in application development and problem-solving.
• 5 Years: Advanced RPG development skills, experience in leading projects, and mentoring junior developers.
• 8 Years: Expert-level RPG developer with a strong track record of delivering complex projects and strategic thinking.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Proficient in RPG (ILE RPG, RPG IV) and related technologies.
• Experience with DB2 or other database management systems.
• Familiarity with tools such as Git, JIRA, or similar.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
