Experience Requirements:
Must have experience with the On-Exchange Individual marketplace, including enrolling in medical and dental plans through the Exchange and receiving premium and cost share subsidies. Experience with the Federally facilitated marketplace (FFM) administered by CMS is likely, but experience with the WA Health Benefit Exchange (WAHBE) is ideal.
Must have experience eliciting, documenting, and tracing requirements, as well as creating process/workflows and use cases for complex projects. Experience with cross-company projects is preferred.
Must have experience working primarily with a business focus, with the ability to comprehend high-level technical concepts and analyze data provided in spreadsheets. No technical skills are required.
Prefer candidates with experience working in Azure Dev Ops (ADO) to track and follow IT work, though they will not be expected to create any items in ADO.
Must be able to work Pacific time zone business hours. Remote candidates are acceptable, but ideally located in the Puget Sound area.
