Job Role: Business Architect with RPA
Location: Research Triangle Park (RTP), NC - Onsite
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Business Analysis & Process Optimization:
- Strong experience in business process analysis, workflow mapping, and operational efficiency improvement.
2. Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism) and process modeling techniques (BPMN).
- Understanding of system integration concepts, APIs, databases, and enterprise software (ERP/CRM systems).
3. Documentation & Communication:
- Expertise in creating detailed documentation such as PDDs, SDDs, user stories, and use case diagrams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical (developers) and non-technical (business) stakeholders.
4. Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking:
- Strong analytical skills to identify automation opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
5. Project & Change Management:
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like JIRA.
- Experience in stakeholder alignment during process changes and technology adoption.
6. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement:
- Proven ability to work across teams and drive projects to successful completion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in RPA (UiPath Certified Professional), Agile (Certified Scrum Master), or Business Analysis (CBAP).
- Experience in automating contract management workflows is a plus.
