- Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and web technologies related to ad tech
- Experience with Tealium Tag Manager or similar tools
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to gather and document requirements for ad tech pixel implementations (e.g., Facebook Pixel, Floodlight).
- Support large-scale tag deployments (250 350 tags) across pages on aa.com.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and implement/update tags.
- Troubleshoot pixel firing issues due to application changes.
- Work closely with product and dev teams to validate ad tech placements.
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) by working with legal and privacy teams.
- Monitor ongoing compliance and maintain industry standards.
- Lead technical initiatives such as the LiveRamp Authenticated Traffic Solution (ATS) and coordinate with vendors.
- Support Enhanced Conversions and CAPI projects, assessing feasibility and alignment with privacy laws.
- Innovate and optimize digital advertising technology solutions.
- Define success metrics and work with data teams to analyze campaign performance.
- Maintain detailed documentation of pixels and measurement strategies.
- Develop and enforce best practices for data quality, analytics configuration, and tracking.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to develop reporting and ensure accurate data collection
