Job Description:
- Product Owner, CTI Genesys
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the technical team for all Genesys-related projects.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new features and enhancements in the Genesys Contact Center platform.
- Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
- Ensure timely delivery of Genesys solutions that meet business needs and technical standards.
- Work closely with developers and testers to clarify requirements and validate that delivered features meet acceptance criteria.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Genesys platform capabilities and stay updated with new features and technologies
