Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and identity management processes.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power BI and Sailpoint IdentityNow issues.

Conduct regular audits and reviews of identity management processes to ensure compliance.

Optimize Power BI performance and enhance user experience.

Create and maintain documentation for all technical processes and solutions.

Train and mentor junior team members on Power BI and Sailpoint IdentityNow best practices.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of identity management solutions.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Power BI and Sailpoint IdentityNow.

Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in Power BI and Sailpoint IdentityNow.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice to have experience in other identity management solutions.

Proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technologies.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong understanding of data governance and compliance requirements.
