Key Responsibilities:
- Research and Documentation
- Identify and track available funding sources, including LIHTC, HTC, and bond financing.
- Prepare required filings and paperwork, ensuring that all applications meet local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Compliance Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of all project-related approvals, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
- Oversee adherence to relevant housing regulations and affordability requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with city agencies, nonprofit partners, and community organizations, drawing on your government experience.
- Communicate progress updates and gather feedback to address neighborhood concerns.
- Process Improvement
