 Job SummaryThe Senior QA Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our healthcare analytics platform. This position focuses on implementing and maintaining comprehensive quality assurance processes across our data pipelines, analytics workflows, and reporting systems. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in data-intensive healthcare applications, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as our organization scales. This position combines technical expertise in data quality assurance with a deep understanding of healthcare analytics and reporting requirements.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with healthcare data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics platforms. They should demonstrate expertise in automated testing frameworks and quality assurance methodologies, along with a solid understanding of healthcare data validation principles. Proficiency in SQL, test automation, and data quality tools is essential. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of our healthcare analytics solutions.

• Design and execute quality assurance strategies for healthcare data pipelines and ETL processes
• Implement automated testing frameworks for validating healthcare data transformations and analytics
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans for BI tools, dashboards, and reporting systems
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of patient data and clinical metrics through rigorous testing methodologies
• Collaborate with data science teams to validate predictive healthcare models and analytics features
• Create and maintain quality metrics and testing documentation for healthcare stakeholders
• Establish and enforce data quality standards compliant with healthcare industry requirements
• Design and implement monitoring solutions for data quality and system reliability
• Participate in code reviews and testing phases of the development lifecycle
• Provide technical guidance on quality assurance best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 7 years of QA engineering experience in data-intensive applications
• Strong experience with database testing, optimization, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for quality assurance
• Expert in test automation frameworks and methodologies
• Experience with JIRA and agile project management tools
• Strong background in ETL testing and data pipeline validation
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare data and HIPAA compliance requirements
• Knowledge of AI/ML testing methodologies
• Azure cloud platform experience
• Experience with mobile application testing
• Background in performance testing and optimization
• Previous team leadership experience
• Healthcare analytics industry experience
