FLSA Classification: Exempt
Primary responsibilities:
- Drive operational efficiencies and ensure strategies are in line with the Company’s mission and goals
- Collaborate with the Finance department to prepare budgets; regularly evaluate P&L to ensure adherence to the established budgets
- Review operational results against customer milestones and Company standards
- Cultivate a culture of safety and ethical compliance
- Provide leadership and direction to staff; identify training needs and ensure proper training is provided
- Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships and support vendor/contractor management
- Identify, recommend, and implement new processes and/or technologies to improve and streamline processes
- Provide regular performance updates to Senior Management
- Identify new business opportunities and/or revenue streams
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures, and maintain effective internal control
- Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a four-year college or university Experience:
- Fifteen years’ wireless construction experience
- Ten years management experience
- Experience managing large scale projects
- Experience forecasting and budgeting
- Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations
Travel Requirements:
- Moderate travel (<50%) is expected in association with performing this position; travel can be overnight and for extended durations.
Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
