Candidates MUST reside in the market (or be willing to relocate), and show a deep understanding of local jurisdictions***


The Vice President (VP) position is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all activities within the organization.

FLSA Classification: Exempt


Primary responsibilities:


  • Drive operational efficiencies and ensure strategies are in line with the Company’s mission and goals
  • Collaborate with the Finance department to prepare budgets; regularly evaluate P&L to ensure adherence to the established budgets
  • Review operational results against customer milestones and Company standards
  • Cultivate a culture of safety and ethical compliance
  • Provide leadership and direction to staff; identify training needs and ensure proper training is provided
  • Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships and support vendor/contractor management
  • Identify, recommend, and implement new processes and/or technologies to improve and streamline processes
  • Provide regular performance updates to Senior Management
  • Identify new business opportunities and/or revenue streams
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures, and maintain effective internal control
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a four-year college or university Experience:
  • Fifteen years’ wireless construction experience
  • Ten years management experience
  • Experience managing large scale projects
  • Experience forecasting and budgeting
  • Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations



Travel Requirements:


  • Moderate travel (<50%) is expected in association with performing this position; travel can be overnight and for extended durations.

Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
