Part-time Sales Representative

We are looking for a self-motivated, driven individual to join our thriving organizing and senior move management business. This is a part-time opportunity (15-20 hours per week) for someone who thrives on making connections and is motivated by financial success.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with senior communities, estate attorneys, trust officers, fiduciaries, and allied service providers
• Promote our organizing and senior move management services to seniors, families, and professionals who support them
• Identify potential clients and generate leads through targeted outreach
• Attend networking events and engage with decision-makers within the senior care space
• Create and implement strategies to drive business growth
• Report on lead generation and performance
• Prepare and deliver in-person presentations

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in building strong relationships and referral networks, consistently generating leads, and achieving proven success in growing business through strategic partnerships
• Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented
• Enjoys meeting new people and building lasting relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable in front of a crowd
• Passionate about helping seniors and making a positive impact in their lives
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Comfortable with presentation technology
• Proactive and self-motivated go-getter who thrives on taking initiative, jumping in to make things happen, and creating strategic plans independently to drive results.
• Experience working in or with the senior community (e.g., senior living facility, caregiving, home health aid, allied services), a plus
