What You'll Do...
As the Marketing Operations Manager at Smartly, you'll play a critical role in the marketing team's success, ensuring that our campaigns run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively. Here's what that looks like :
Platform Operations :
- Own the Marketo instance by designing, managing, and optimizing configurations, performance, and scalability to ensure it aligns with evolving business needs.
- Serve as the go-to Marketo expert, advising on best practices, and providing hands-on support for campaign execution.
- Own the marketing technology stack beyond Marketo, identifying and implementing new tools and integrations, ensuring proper alignment with our goals.
- Implement and maintain data governance best practices, ensuring data quality and accuracy in key systems. Lead ongoing database hygiene efforts, enrichment, segmentation, and data analysis.
