Operations Manager
This person will be responsible for Company Operations including HR, onboarding, benefits management and administration, as well as bookkeeping. Bookkeeping will include managing budget, invoicing and accounts payable functions.
Specific Responsibilities will include:
· Managing and enforcing of employee guidelines
· Oversight of onboarding and benefits
· Working with CEO on budget management, invoicing and planning
· Support for CEO and Team travel and other administrative tasks
· Office purchases and accounts payable
Seeking person with minimum 5 years experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable and HR.
- Position is hybrid. 3 days a week in office. Person will work from home, but in the office manage financial responsibilities.
