Additionally, you will manage the product lifecycle to ensure the seamless integration of ads into the overall user experience.
Here's what you'll do!
- Ship positive product change to customers
- Build ads strategy as part of overarching product strategy
- Translate the ads strategy to executions, working with cross functional partners
- Make hard decisions to prioritize, pivot, and cancel initiatives
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver products
- Manage the product life cycle
Minimum requirements
- 8 years of product management or equivalent experience. 3 years within AdTech
- Proven experience working on large cross-functional initiatives
- Strong understanding of digital advertising and consumer privacy best practices
- Experience of navigating through a successful full product lifecycle
- Attention to details while keeping the big picture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Technical degree (computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics or related field)
- Experience with building 1st party ads products (search, native or display)
- Proven track record of building ML solutions
- Proficiency in Japanese language is highly valued

- Compensation range: 178,500 : 241,500 base salary, plus bonus and equity
