Print Production Line Worker - Custom Printing

Join our energetic team at SmartPack USA as an Assembly Line Worker, where you will play a key role in custom printing for restaurant and catering supplies. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently. You’ll be responsible for managing the entire process of printing, packaging, and shipping products like food picks, drink stirrers, and utensils. ¡Hablantes de español son bienvenidos!

Key Responsibilities:

• Precisely arrange individual items on custom trays designed for printing.
• Operate industrial printers to apply custom graphics on a variety of products.
• Carefully unload printed items, ensuring the graphics are accurate and aligned.
• Collect, bag, and box printed items for shipping.
• Fulfill and package orders for non-customized products from our warehouse inventory.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure each product meets our high standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent prefered.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Basic computer skills for managing orders and inventory.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred but not required.

This is a physical, fast-paced role that requires reliability and a strong work ethic. You will be a key part of our production team, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality, customized products on time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
