JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Checks goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Lifts heavy items and may operate a Pallet Jack. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise Received. Reviews customer orders, examines, stocks and distributes merchandise, products and materials in inventory warehouses, distribution centers or manufacturing lines. PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to stand and/or walk on concrete for the duration of the shift and complete tasks that include bending, stooping, and reaching. Overtime is available but not required Individuals who are eager to work Overtime are encouraged to apply Flexible weekend hours available for OT i.e., just work 4hrs, 6hrs, etc. Will be working in a Temperature Controlled environment Individuals who are interested in learning our entire business and being cross trained in as many positions as possible are preferred and encouraged to apply Hours/Schedule: M-F/6am – 2:30pm Ability to speak, speak, read and write in English and understand basic math independently without assistance or guidance is highly preferred Must be comfortable working closely with others both in teams and independently. Must be a Self-Starter, not just standing around waiting for work. Individuals who naturally, actively look to find ways to help and move processes along without having to be asked to do so, will find long term success here with us and are highly encouraged to apply. Ability to use a Computer and Mouse is required throughout the facility to perform basic tasks.
