This accelerates leasing transactions, saves time, and creates better tenant outcomes. We’re now seeking our first Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel our growth.
The Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be a key player in driving the company's growth. Your primary responsibility will be generating and qualifying new leads, booking demos, and setting up opportunities for me (CEO) and our future sales team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for sales, a go-getter, no quit attitude, and a desire to be a part of a fast-growing startup and work directly with the founding team.

What Will I Do?
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify potential customers through various channels (cold calling, emails, social media, etc.).
- Outbound Prospecting: Execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Appointment Setting: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and book meetings for the sales team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO today, sales team later to ensure a seamless transition of leads.
- CRM Management: Accurately maintain and update the CRM system with all prospect interactions.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
