Job Description
As a Trainer I at SmartRent, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees at SmartRent. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Training & Development, you will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and develop comprehensive training solutions that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Take direction on core team projects, receiving tasks from management.
- Assist with development of training programs and learning sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information, content, and resources for training materials.
- Host Weekly webinar training sessions for various topics.
- Develop engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, documents, exercises, and multimedia content.
- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling sessions, booking applicable rooms, and managing training materials.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current within SmartRent's industry, company best practices, and innovations in training and development.
- Stay current with SmartRent products, updates, and processes.
- Provide support and guidance to employees participating in training programs, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
