Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced sales professional to drive new business development in the RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) and IBD (Independent Broker-Dealer) markets. The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge, established relationships, and a proven track record of closing enterprise deals in the wealth management space.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the wealth advisory market through strategic prospecting and networking
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at RIAs, IBDs, and potential partner organizations
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations that effectively communicate our compliance solutions’ value proposition
- Execute the full sales cycle from prospect identification through closing
- Maintain detailed pipeline management and activity tracking in our CRM system
- Represent Smartria at industry conferences and events
- Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer and cross-functional teams to refine sales strategies and ensure client success
