- Support the administrative team with various tasks as needed, including bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming office environment for clients and staff.
- Communicate effectively with bilingual clients to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact with clients professionally.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Experience as a dental receptionist or in a healthcare setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
