The Role
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will drive business through targeted marketing efforts to qualify homeowners for roofing and solar programs. You will participate in regular sales training and team-building events focused on personal and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Qualify homeowners and residents for our roofing and solar programs through targeted marketing initiatives
- Work closely with sales development representatives and sales team members to raise brand awareness and create appointments for our services
- Participate in regular sales training to learn how to deliver engaging presentations to homeowners about our remodeling solutions and design options
The Qualifications

- Experience: Experience in marketing, business, sales, retail sales, customer service, sales development representative, or outside sales representative roles is a plus

- Earnings Outlook: uncapped commissions – our average team member makes $100,000 - $150,000 in Year 1 and doubles that number in Year 2
