The Role
Hiring Immediately - As a Sales Representative, you will drive business through targeted marketing efforts and qualifying homeowners for roofing and solar programs. You will participate in regular sales training and team-building events focused on personal and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Qualify homeowners and residents for our roofing and solar programs through targeted marketing initiatives
- Work closely with sales development representatives and sales team members to raise brand awareness and create appointments for our services
- Participate in regular sales training to learn how to deliver engaging presentations to homeowners about our remodeling solutions and design options
The Qualifications

- Experience: Experience in marketing, business, sales, retail sales, customer service, sales development representative, or outside sales representative roles is a plus
Compensation and Perks
- Earnings Outlook: uncapped commissions – our average team member makes $75K - $150K in Year 1 and doubles that number in Year 2
