As a Sr. Sales Enablement Manager, you will be integral in developing Smartsheet’s SDR Enablement Program for FY26. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales enablement professional who is self-motivated, detail-oriented and is a polished facilitator with strong coaching/mentorship skills. In this role, you will play a crucial part in training, ramping up new hires globally, and coaching existing team members through workshops, roleplays, and other interactive sessions.

You Will
- Develop a Global Onboarding Program: Design and implement a global onboarding program for SDRs, with a strong focus on sales skills and sales tools while ensuring consistency in training across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ regions.
- Workshops and Facilitation: Provide hands-on coaching to new and existing SDRs, conducting workshops, roleplays, and interactive sessions which are virtual, in person and on-demand to enhance their skills in prospecting, lead qualification, and effective communication.
- Individual and Group Coaching: Tailor coaching sessions to the individual needs of SDRs while also leading group coaching sessions to foster a collaborative learning environment.
- Performance Analysis: Continually analyze and assess performance metrics and trends, in addition to manager feedback which influences the overall program strategy. Assess the performance of SDRs through various coaching methods, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted coaching strategies.
- Continuous Training: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve coaching programs. Implement ongoing training initiatives to keep the SDR team up-to-date on the latest techniques.
- Collaboration with Regional Teams: Work closely with regional teams to understand specific challenges and opportunities, adapting coaching programs accordingly.
- Global Communication: Develop communication channels to facilitate global information sharing among SDR teams, ensuring a cohesive coaching experience.
- 8 years of SaaS Enablement experience in a training delivery or coaching role
- 2-3 years in a business development, sales development, or quota-carrying role (top performer a plus)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, you can command the room and the necessary communication skills required to motivate people
- Experience with sales methodologies and processes (i.e. MEDDICC, Sandler), and common sales tools (i.e. Outreach, ZoomInfo, Tableau)
- Can adjust strategies, structures, and programs with a metrics-driven approach that is linked to the desired learning outcomes
- Has knowledge of adult learning methodologies, principles, and evaluation models
- Project management experience delivering quality product on short timeframes
- Has the ability to simplify complex concepts and make them engaging
- The ability to collaborate with team and manage projects in multiple locations
- Ability to travel up to 10% when needed
