Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership in building, developing and retaining high-performing teams of hourly employees in a retail, sales, service or related industry.
- Multi-site location experience required.
- Proven track record of first-class performance.
- Exceptional communication, people skills, and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and web-based systems.
- Passion for customer service excellence and coaching staff.
- Bachelors Degree preferred.

- Annual compensation to include a base pay of $90,000 with a potential of up to $120,000 with a metrics-based quarterly bonuses and performance based annual bonus.
