Join our team as an Operations Assistant Manager at Yellowhammer Salon, where you'll enjoy a full-time remote schedule tailored to the CST/EST time zones.
YOUR DAY
As our Operations Assistant Manager, you embrace the unique challenges of a fully remote role with approximately 25% travel. You drive year-over-year service and product sales growth. Managing operations for around 30 locations, you ensure optimal P&L, labor budgets, and inventory controls. You uphold our values by conducting meetings twice a day with salon leaders and providing coaching to enhance their performance. By optimizing staff schedules for guest satisfaction, promptly resolving concerns, and implementing effective marketing strategies, you create exceptional experiences and foster community involvement while positioning yourself as the leader you aspire to be.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of management experience
- Remote management experience with 10 direct reports
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Live in EST/CST time zones
- Access to a quiet work environment with a reliable computer, internet, and phone
- Proficient in managing P&L, labor budgets, and inventory controls
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel 25% of the time
- Ability to meet or exceed KPIs and Salon Tier goals
- Ability to maintain consistent salon profitability and operational excellence
