THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A SALON MANAGER

The schedule is varied and includes evenings and weekends. We close at 7 pm so there are no late nights!

As the Salon Manager, you are the vibrant heartbeat of the salon, orchestrating seamless operations while offering leadership and essential tools for success. Leading by example, you guide your talented staff in expanding their clientele and elevating the business. Your focus is on the salon's profitability, imparting valuable insights into the intricate workings of the beauty industry to your stylists. Setting the standard, you actively provide all hair care services offered by Cost Cutters, ensuring the highest quality for each guest.

You wear the hat of a coach and mentor, fostering a positive work environment that brings out the best in your salon family. Your role extends to hiring, recruiting, training, and handling conflicts and client complaints with ease and professionalism. At the end of the day, you may find yourself closing out the system, ensuring a smooth and organized conclusion to the day's operations. As the orchestrator of success, you embody the essence of leadership, dedication, and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of salon management!

OUR IDEAL SALON MANAGER

We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• You lead by example, are customer service at your core, and can resolve challenges with professionalism.
• You know how to bring out the best in others by being the best yourself in training, developing your team, creating a positive work environment, providing guidance on business and technical competency matters, and always keeping the salon's bottom line in mind.
• You have a current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• You can and want to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• You are tech-savvy and can perform administrative tasks.
• You're able to stand, lift, and reach for the stars. You are comfortable with lifting, bending, and performing repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs.
