As a SmartSuite Account Manager, you'll blend strategic account management with hands-on customer engagement. From expanding relationships with current customers to introducing SmartSuite to new audiences, you'll help teams unlock their potential while building lasting partnerships. Key Responsibilities :
Drive Growth : Build and execute strategies to expand SmartSuite's value within the existing customer base.Lead the Charge : Spearhead kickoff calls, project manage implementations and set the stage for long-term success with enterprise clients.Collaborate for Success : Work closely with Onboarding and Support teams to ensure seamless implementations, strong adoption, and exceptional customer satisfaction.Engage Customers : Host engaging sales calls, using SmartSuite as your dynamic visual aid to uncover needs and demonstrate value.Own the Pipeline : Manage leads, opportunities and forecasts in our CRM, ensuring a clear path to revenue.Close Deals : Consistently meet and exceed quotas by delivering compelling, tailored solutions that meet customer goals.Be the Expert : Master SmartSuite's platform and the competitive landscape to serve as a trusted advisor to your customers.What You'll Bring :
3-7 years of SaaS sales experience, particularly in B2B markets.3 years of account management experience.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth quotas and maintaining existing customers.Ability to proactively manage a large number of customer relationships.Familiarity with work management or relational database systems.Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving processes.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.What Will Set You Apart :

Competitive salary and role trajectory : With things evolving quickly, roles, responsibilities and compensation will grow as we do.For candidates based in Irvine, the on-target earning (OTE) range for this role is : $120,000 - $160,000 USD (60 / 40 salary / commission) equity
