Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Associates
📍 Location: Lacey, WA
💲 Pay: $19–$20 per hour (DOE)
🕘 Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
SmartTalent Staffing is hiring for one of our clients in Lacey, WA!
We’re seeking experienced Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) professionals to join a dynamic accounting team. These are full-time, long-term opportunities with competitive pay and room for growth.
💼 Job Openings:
1. Accounts Payable Clerk
Responsibilities:
- Review and process invoices for payment
- Enter invoice data into accounting systems
- Prepare payments and manage vendor communication
- Reconcile vendor statements and support month-end close
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s in Accounting preferred)
- Prior AP or accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience working within Paylocity, Oracle, HRIS, ERP/SAP
2. Accounts Receivable Clerk
Responsibilities:
- Generate and send invoices to customers
- Post incoming payments and manage customer accounts
- Follow up on overdue invoices and handle collections
- Reconcile payments and assist with month-end close
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s in Accounting preferred)
- Previous AR or similar experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Experience working within Paylocity, Oracle, HRIS, ERP/SAP
