Cart Attendant
SmartTalent Kirkland is seeking to hire several cart attendants for a growing grocery location in Factoria, WA. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors and interacting with customers as needed.
LOCATION: Factoria, WA
PAY: $18 - $18.50
SCHEDULE: Must have flexible availability to work weekdays and weekends
First shift: 9am – 6pm
Second Shift: 12pm – 9pm Sunday – Thursday, 1pm – 10pm Friday – Saturday

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Collect shopping carts from parking lots and return them to designated areas inside or outside the store.
· Assist customers with loading groceries into their vehicles and provide help as needed with carts.
· Keep the parking lot clean, safe, and free of debris, reporting any hazards or maintenance issues to management.
· Regularly sanitize carts and baskets to maintain a clean and safe shopping environment.
· Assist with bagging groceries, handling carry-outs, or other tasks as directed by store management.
· Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive customer experience.
· Other tasks as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and abilities:
· Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
· Physical ability to push, pull, and lift carts and other items as needed up to 50lbs
· Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized environment.
· Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
